CASL: Co-Ed Adult Sports League is bringing co-ed adult dodgeball back to Cape Cod!
Get ready for the ultimate midweek stress-buster—an 8-week season packed with fast-paced action, big laughs, and all the nostalgic fun of your favorite gym-class game.

We play Wednesday nights in Yarmouth at DY Intermediate School, where over 100 adults come together to have fun, meet new people, and sneak in a workout without even realizing it. Each night you’ll play two 20-minute matches, squeezing in rapid-fire games—sometimes up to 18 in a match. Every game starts with 7 players on each side, three balls per team, and the rush of all 12 players diving into the action. When the last player on one team is out, the other side takes the win, lines back up, and does it again until time runs out. Most wins takes the match.

We use soft foam dodgeballs, so you can throw with confidence and leave the bruises in the past. Whether you’re flying solo, joining with a couple friends, or rolling in with a full squad, CASL is the perfect mix of competition, community, and nostalgia.
