Since 2014, Cape Adult Sports League (CASL) has been bringing the fun back to game day. With more than 2,500 members across Cape Cod, we run the sports you loved growing up — kickball, dodgeball, soccer, basketball — and the social events that keep the good times rolling, like pub crawls and sunset cruises.
CASL isn’t just about competition — it’s about connection. It’s where teammates become friends and every season feels like summer on the Cape.
