This league is so diverse from all star athletes to grandparents. As a single mom it is my social outing and my fitness for the week. There is a great deal of camaraderie between opponents but also a healthy dose of competition. At the end if the night everyone congratulates one another and gives team high fives. The league is so much fun and a great way to stay active!
