The Sales Account Manage r is a sales-forward, business-to-business role responsible for retaining, upselling, and expanding a portfolio of regional and national client accounts. Success in this role is measured by account growth, customer retention, and long-term partnership value, achieved through strategic client engagement and proactive business development.

What You’ll Do as a Sales Account Manager  

• Sell and grow a portfolio of regional and national client accounts while building strong relationships with key decision-makers.  
• Drive revenue, profitability, and retention through upselling, cross-selling, referrals, account expansion, and new business opportunities.  
• Own account performance and growth goals while serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients.  
• Build a deep understanding of client needs through regular business reviews and strategic planning, delivering proactive recommendations that strengthen long-term partnerships and drive measurable growth. 
• Lead client communication, timelines, and expectations from opportunity through delivery, partnering with internal teams to execute accurately and on time while proactively resolving issues. 
• Represent Advertising Vehicles at customer meetings, networking events, and monitor client industries, market trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities. 
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipelines, and revenue forecasts, and participate in sales meetings, account reviews, and performance discussions. 

What You’ll Bring to the Sales Account Manager Role  

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. 
• 3 or more years of successful business-to-business sales and/or business development experience. 
• 3 or more years of disciplined pipeline management using CRM systems. 
• Proven ability to grow client relationships, increase revenue, and identify strategic growth opportunities. 
• Experience developing multiple accounts with attention to detail, business acumen, and a results-oriented approach. 
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 15-30% based on business needs. 

Preferred Qualifications  

• 3 or more years of experience in the fleet graphics industry, including working with fleet management companies, upfitters, and OEMs. 
• 3 or more years of experience with HubSpot. 
• 3 or more years of experience growing regional or national accounts.
