Clinical NurseThe role of the clinical nurse is to deliver patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs with the highest professional standard while promoting nursing excellence through continued education and research. This position treats patients in the Skilled Nursing at Eden Valley Care Center. Experience and education minimum requirements:At least 1-year experience providing direct patient care in an inpatient or skilled nursing facility.Nursing degree from an accredited college or graduation from an approved RN program requiredExperienced in assessing clients/residents, developing care plans, administering medications, and overseeing LVNs and CNAs.License and certification minimum requirements:Current California Registered Nurse License.Current BLS certification.Please note: Per the CDPH order, all healthcare workers are required to be vaccinated for COVID-19 or have an approved exemption and test regularly.
