ATTN: is the creative studio and media company that earns attention – and makes it matter. We started as a publisher, building a business around attention that amassed a massive audience, giving us rare insights and valuable distribution. Since then, we've grown into a full-service content studio that creates original IP and premium social campaigns for the brands, institutions, and leaders who need more than just visibility. Through creative excellence and a deep understanding of culture, we build trust and drive meaningful impact for our partners.
We're looking for a stellar Recruiter with a strong in-house creative agency experience. You'll lead full-cycle recruiting across creative, strategy, account management, production, and operations roles. You'll own everything from kickoff and sourcing to offer and onboarding handoff, all while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
This position has an estimated annual salary range of $90,000–$120,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors. We welcome direct conversations with each candidate about compensation in all of our initial calls.
Candidates can be based in Los Angeles or New York. This is a hybrid role with 3 days expected to be on-site in one of our hubs.
