Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and management of the nursing facility Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations Monitor resident care and satisfaction, including performing daily facility rounds Lead and develop a positive, high-performing work culture Manage census development, accounts receivable, and collections Implement and enforce facility policies and procedures Foster collaboration across all departments to ensure quality care and efficient operations Address resident, family, and staff concerns with professionalism Perform additional duties as assigned by governing board or corporate leadership Licenses & Requirements Demonstrated success in leading a productive and positive work environment Preferred: experience in fast-paced healthcare settings What We're Looking For Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Strategic and operational mindset Ability to maintain regulatory compliance while fostering team engagement Passion for providing excellent care and building a thriving community We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
