The Broadway Music & Recording Academy (TBMRA) is looking for talented, experienced Piano & Voice Teacher(s) to join our growing teaching team immediately .

We currently have students ready to begin lessons on Mondays and Tuesdays , so we are specifically looking for instructor(s) who are able to teach both Piano and Voice and are available on Monday and/or Tuesday.

We can hire one instructor who teaches both Piano and Voice, or two instructors depending on availability. If you are an exceptional Piano teacher who also teaches Voice, or a Voice teacher who is comfortable teaching Piano, we want to hear from you.

We are also hiring multiple additional instructors across other instruments, including Guitar, Violin, Drums, and Ukulele, as student demand grows.

IMMEDIATE PIANO & VOICE OPENINGS

We currently have students waiting for Piano and Voice instruction on Mondays and Tuesdays , making these immediate opportunities for qualified teachers.

The ideal candidate:

• Can teach both Piano and Voice
• Is available on Mondays and/or Tuesdays
• Can start immediately
• Is comfortable teaching children through adults
• Can teach beginners through developing/intermediate students
• Is interested in building a long-term teaching schedule
• Can commit to the full school year

We can hire one instructor to cover both Piano and Voice, or hire two instructors and divide the Piano and Voice schedules based on availability and experience.

ADDITIONAL MUSIC INSTRUCTORS WANTED

We are also actively building our teaching roster for:

• Guitar
• Violin
• Drums
• Ukulele
• Additional Piano teachers
• Additional Voice teachers

We can hire multiple instructors in these areas as well.

For these positions, we are looking for teachers who are available on additional days of the week , depending on student demand.

All instructors must be able to teach basic piano, regardless of their primary instrument.

Just as importantly, all instructors must be great with children . Our teachers work with students ranging from young beginners through adults, so patience, enthusiasm, warmth, and the ability to connect with young students are essential.

If you are a multi-instrumentalist, we are especially interested in learning about all of the instruments you are qualified to teach.

• Professional or highly experienced musicians
• Passionate about teaching
• Great with children and comfortable teaching students of all ages
• Comfortable teaching children, teenagers, and adults
• Able to work with beginners through developing/intermediate students
• Able to teach basic piano
• Patient, encouraging, and engaging
• Reliable and professional
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Interested in a long-term teaching relationship
• Able to commit to the full school year

A degree in music or education is welcome but not required . Professional performance experience, teaching experience, and a strong musical background are highly valued.

Compensation for Student No-Shows & Late Cancellations

Teachers receive compensation for eligible student no-shows and late cancellations , including situations where students cancel with less than the required 24-hour notice.

You teach. We handle the rest.

Our administrative team handles:

• Student enrollment
• Scheduling
• Billing and payments
• Cancellations
• Makeup scheduling
• Parent communication
• Student accounts
• Administrative support

You can focus on what you do best: teaching music .

ONLINE SCHEDULING SYSTEM & APP

Our instructors have access to a convenient online scheduling system and app where they can view their complete teaching schedule from their phone or computer.

You always know your upcoming students, lesson times, and schedule without having to manage everything manually.
