Installation Manager

Arrow Sign Company has an exciting opportunity immediately for someone to coordinate the installation crews and resources on our custom electric sign projects as the INSTALLATION MANAGER. This important department of the company has lots of activities, so you must be able to start and complete many tasks quickly.

Duties and responsibilities
• Ensure crew Leads understand the Scope of Work and have all necessary products and hardware for each job is ready to go at the start of the day. 
• Keep Dispatch board current at all times using Production Schedule.
• Ensure crews are checked-in after every job and timecards are monitored daily. 
• Handle incoming calls from install crews and resolve or refer to supervisor if needed.
• Coordinate work schedules to ensure adequate staff.
• Shipping and receiving: Order and check-in product and hardware from suppliers. 
• Provide customer service calls regarding upcoming services and negotiate times and/or schedules for services.
• Order subcontractors as needed.

Qualifications
1. Ability to juggle many activities at the same time.
2. Experience in the sign industry is a major plus!
3. Valid California Drivers License
4. Knowledge of and experience with sign installation or construction.
5. Must be able to work long hours when needed
6. Must have construction experience

A good fit for this position could potentially be a Superintendent, with construction/paperwork experience.

Arrow is also reviewing resumes for experienced Sign Installers, Crane Operators and Sign Fabricators.
