Chemical Operator Tucker, GA Our company is a leader in high-performance concrete repair resins and foams. We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Chemical Operator to join our production team at our facility in Tucker, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for the blending, packaging, and processing of various chemical formulas, ensuring all products meet our strict quality and safety standards. Compensation & Benefits Pay: $20.00 $25.00 per hour (commensurate with experience) Benefits: 401(k) with company matching, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance and disability coverage, paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays, tuition reimbursement and retirement planning, referral program Schedule Standard Shift: 6:30 AM 5:15 PM, Monday Thursday (4-day work week). Note: Schedule may occasionally shift to 5 days weekly based on business demand. Key Responsibilities Production & Blending: Operate manufacturing machinery to produce polyurethane resins, adhesives, and other chemical formulas. Inventory Management: Accurately pick raw materials, weigh components, and transfer inventory for processing. Equipment Operation: Setup and monitor chemical packaging and processing equipment, including fillers, pumps, and scales. Quality Control: Follow SOPs and batch routers strictly. Record and verify accurate information on all production documentation to maintain ISO standards. Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety practices (OSHA/EPA) and maintain a clean, organized work area (5S). Maintenance: Perform routine equipment cleaning and pre-shift inspections; report malfunctions immediately. Waste Handling: Properly handle and store waste materials according to safety and environmental requirements. Requirements & Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Technical Skills: Basic math skills and comfort using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs/ladders for the duration of the shift. Manual dexterity to operate machinery and handle glassware. Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills in English (Spanish bilingual is a plus). License: Must have a valid driver's license. Why Join Us?
